This is your chance to work in a fast paced, service business performing the role of an Office Coordinator.

Our company has been providing quality, environmentally friendly pest control in the Lower Mainland of BC for over thirty years.

We provide an integrated pest management approach to all structural pest problems in a safe and environmentally friendly manner. Duties for this position would include accounting, scheduling, CRM management, payroll and inside sales.


Location:

Burnaby, BC.


Job Details / Responsibilities:

CRM Management using our industry based software (i.e. "PestPac"), including;

  • Scheduling
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Customer information management
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
  • Customer portal management
Inbound Sales (No cold calling required)

  • Upselling existing clients
  • Converting onetime sales into recurring revenue
  • Promoting a sales culture amongst our team members

Salary / Benefits:

- $40,000 - $43,000 per annum

  • 30% commissions on recurring sales
  • Extended Health Benefits
  • RRSP Match
  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Full Time, permanent

$41,600.00-$45,760.00 per year
