Duties

Assist the sales team in achieving revenue targets and business goals
Coordinate and manage sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and followup
Maintain and update customer database with accurate and current information
Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
Assist in the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns
Attend trade shows and other marketing events
Manage social media accounts

Skills:

Highly organized
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong business development skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Experience in telemarketing and sales, with a focus on technical products or services
Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals with customers
Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to communicate technical information to customers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
