What you will do:

  • Microsoft Collaboration Tools (eg. Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform)
  • Telephone systems and CISCO Call Managers
  • Lead resolution of issues and risks associated with TIS Service Delivery outcomes and advancing where appropriate. Coordinating with Level 2, 3 and 4 support groups and project teams for service delivery enhancements, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Work closely with the Service Desk vendor and the internal support team to develop SLAs, KPIs and the benchmarks to measure against.
  • Run key performance indicators and escalate to Tier 2 and Tier 3 to ensure goals are met.
  • Help the other TIS teams identify opportunities to improve their service and reliability of systems.
  • Establish a culture that focuses on elevating the internal user experience and increases employee engagement through ease-of-use technology.

Who you are:

  • You have 8+ years TIS experience with a heavy focus on Content Management and Productivity tools.
  • You bring strong analytic and problemsolving skills across a variety of enterprise technologies.
  • You have experience managing/leading teams in geographical dispersed locations.
  • ITIL certification, MCSA, other relevant certifications, and a working knowledge of ServiceNow are an asset.
  • You have knowledge on Records Management fundamentals and eDiscovery.
  • Basic understanding of Azure/VMware/Windows/Database's/Software development and asset
