- Be accountable for your truck, load, driving safety, and the safety of others
- Check total and axial loads to anticipate vehicle reactions
- Handle pick-ups/deliveries, interact with customers, and complete all necessary documentation
- Inspect the vehicle's condition and report any issues
- Notify management of any needed mechanical repairs or vehicle defects
- At least 1 year of experience as a class 1 truck driver
- Excellent driving history
- Proficiency in both French and English
- Strong communication skills and a good grasp of security protocols
- Ability to operate a truck safely, courteously, and efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills and a knack for following procedures
