**Description: - Permanent Full Time- We are looking for our next
_Director of Collaboration Services._

  • The Director of Collaboration services reports directly to the Vice President, Desktop and Collaboration Services and will work closely with our business and Digital Technology leaders to guide the future of our end user collaboration technologies and services. The Director is responsible for the delivery, adoption, evolution and support of collaboration, conferencing, voice and print technologies.
    What you will do
  • Provide technology ownership, including engineering and operations functions, for the following services:
  • Platforms for file sharing and content collaboration (legacy and cloud)
  • Meeting room technology and video conferencing services
  • Voice and fax services
  • Enterprise print technologies (document creation/presentation)
  • End user print (engineering function only)
  • Maintain a close relationship with key service consumers to understand their business challenges and drive adoption of collaboration technologies to address them.
  • Deliver secure services ensuring risk and security controls are imbedded in all technologies, processes and procedures in alignment with business risk appetite.
  • Drive an excellent service experience through the use of service monitoring, automation and alignment to proven operational processes.
  • In partnership with Enterprise Architecture and other technology owners, establish and maintain service and technology roadmaps for collaboration.
  • Provide leadership that empowers a geographically dispersed team of leaders and technologists.
  • Establish strong partnerships with key third party suppliers.
  • Effectively manage staffing, operational, vendor and initiative finances including business case development for emerging opportunities.

What you will bring

  • Communication capabilities that allow you to effectively blur the lines between the business and technology worlds.
  • Experience implementing risk and security controls within technologies and operational processes within a regulated organization.
  • Experience delivering products or services through multidisciplinary agile squads
  • Deep understanding of the current and emerging Microsoft 365 suite of services.
  • Proven financial management capabilities including business case thinking for new investments.
  • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical program(s).
  • 5+ years leading a geographically dispersed technology team
  • 8+ years experience in architecture and engineering roles in medium to large enterprises

_Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: Toronto, London, Winnipeg._

  • The base salary for this position is between
    $89,800*:
  • $166,300** annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
