Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing

You'll manage the Contract and Governance between Card Product's Division and our third-party vendors related to Credit Card Portfolios. You will also be responsible for the Financial management of third party vendors including variance analysis, planning, forecasting etc.

How You'll Succeed- Financial Management - Manage and lead budgets related to operating cost.

Lead in LE exercises on a quarterly basis, monthly variance analysis, spend and cost analysis, accrual management, Forecast / Estimates etc.

Create monthly financial reporting for senior management. Provide oversight and present to senior management on areas of opportunities, areas of concern, solutioning etc.

Manage and lead specific contractual financial arrangements regarding invoices, prepayments, incentives, credits, penalties etc.- Contract Management and Governance - Enforce Support contractual obligations and ensure that there is Governance oversight in managing the contracts.

Work closely with Corporate Services and Legal for any Contract amendments, renewals etc. Manage, Support and coordinate any audit related activities i.e. Association Audit, Internal audit, OSFI, External Audit, SOX etc.

Facilitate meeting with Vendors and Business Stakeholders.- Issues and Daily Operations Management - Support the daily operations of vendor processes.

Provide direct support work for day-to-day needs to internal stakeholders who have vendor requirements (marketing, fraud etc.).

Ensure all vendors have tested Disaster Recovery Plans in place, tested on an annual basis and technology support groups are kept abreast of all issues.

Lead and coordinate Support initiative and project changes with the various stakeholders and Vendors. Manage and Lead Chip certification and life cycle.


Who You Are- You have a degree/diploma in business and/or information systems.- You can demonstrate experience in manage multiple activities of varying complexity.

You also have strong conceptualization and business analysis skills. Knowledge of TSYS and VISA/ MC Operating Regulations and/or Rules would be an asset. Proficient in Microsoft excel.- You understand that success is in the details. You notice things that others don't. Your critical thinking skills help to inform your decision making.- You act like an owner.
