The Cool Stuff You'll Do.

Track and update customer inventory records (annual subscriptions)
Assist Finance team with the implementation of the Maxio Platform. The SaaS tool will be used for invoicing, revenue management and tracking key metrics.
Provide accounts receivable support
Ad hoc duties as required

What You'll Bring to the Role

Basic business/accounting knowledge;
Prior experience with Microsoft Excel;
High attention to accuracy and detail in working processes and reports;
History of thriving in a rapidly changing environment;
Friendly and able to work with staff across multiple departments;
Excellent written and oral communication skills
