Skills Required

High School Diploma
Sales
Communication
Analytical thinking
Customer service skills.
Previous automotive experience &/or finance experience is an asset.
Microsoft office, MS Teams, basic computer and tech skills.
Valid Driver's license

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Inperson Dealer Interaction
Driving to the dealer partner location.
Speaking to the Financial Service Manager, Business Manager, General Manager, General Sales Manager, Dealer Principal and/or Owner.
Gain commitment and work with our dealer partners. Objective is to increase originations in the account.
Collaborate and communicate with the dealership on programs, policies, and procedures.
Training our dealer partners on how to best use our program and leverage our services.
Feedback, Market Intelligence, and Data input
Inputting notes and records of interactions, market research and objective progress into the sales systems.
Administrative tasks
This may include, but not limited to, training, expenses and meetings.
Strategic/Tactical planning.
