Job Description:

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Inspection Division.

Working within a team of fire protection professionals that work every day to save lives and property, you will be mainly responsible for:

Opening & maintaining Inspection Agreements in our Business System
Assisting with the administration of some of our multi-building accounts
Processing weekly and monthly billings
Liaise with our Reporting Department to ensure Reports are generated by them
Liaise between Shop and Scheduling to ensure efficient execution of all jobs in a timely manner
Invoicing of Service Calls
Responding to requests for information from our Clients
Assisting Sales Team and Department Manager when required

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience as Administrative Assistant
Relevant experience in the fire protection industry
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Effective communicator with customers, staff and management
Excellent ability to think critically and problem solve
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
and prioritize.
