As a Pre-Warning Truck Operator, You Will:

Promote, lead, and execute a Safety-First culture for all employees, sub-contractors, and consultants in compliance with Miller Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and contractual HSE obligation for the staff and public are met
Operate Full size 3⁄4 ton trucks with onboard sign/message boards
Operate Forklifts / Loaders
Assist crews with loading and unloading equipment
Set up and take down Traffic control including flagging operations as per OTM book
Maintain accurate documentation driver logs, fuel records, time sheets, DWL's, Diary's
Facilitate a healthy work environment
Maintain/Clean equipment as required and conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs
Communicate with customers
Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

Previous mechanical experience with the ability to perform minor repairs on equipment, considered as asset
Previous experience in highway painting and maintenance with knowledge of OTM Book 7 traffic control will be given preference
Willingness to learn and appreciate Miller Values safety, quality, and integrity so we can continue "Building Greatness"
Excellent team player with the ability to work productively in a highly functional team
Willingness to work assigned day and night shifts
Ability to travel with extended stays, when required
Ability to perform manual labour and lift up to 50 pounds
Class G License
