- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming grass and shrubs.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment including lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools.
- Plant, water, and fertilize flowers, trees, and shrubs according to seasonal schedules and landscaping plans.
- Remove weeds, debris, and litter from outdoor areas including pathways, parking lots, and recreational areas.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, drainage systems, and outdoor lighting fixtures.
- Monitor grounds for signs of damage, erosion, or pest infestations, and report any issues to the Grounds Manager.
- Participate in special projects such as landscaping renovations, seasonal decorations, and event setup.
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges as required.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Position Summary
As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor facilities.
