a day in the life

Leads in the planning, implementation, and communication of annaul compensation processes.
Owns the operationalization of our 5year compensation roadmap in partnership with FP&A and Retail Operations.
Works with NA Retail Leadership, crossfunctional teams and direct leader to design and implement a compensation program that is innovative and cutting edge.
Responsible for managing market insights and data to ensure our compensation planning, frameworks and strategies are aligned to our company goals and strategies.
Prepares and presents costing analysis, modelling, and summary reports to drive decision making.

qualifications

810 years of work experience in Compensation and HR.
Experience in retail and/or other fastpaced environments.
12 years of experience mentoring team members.
Experience implementing compensation strategies.
Experience with incentive design is highly desired.
Experience with forecasting and working with financial teams is highly desired.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Strong data analytics.
Ability to speak and collaborate with senior leaders.
Strong stakeholder management experience.
