Coordinates and executes environmental site assessments for both due diligence and regulatory purposes.
Participation in project planning and budgeting
Responsibilities include scheduling, allocation of personnel and resources, supervision of project personnel, and communication with the client
Executes project components in accordance with the proposed work plan
Collects and analyses data and makes interpretation and conclusions
Responsible for invoicing clients, as assigned by the project manager
Responsible for the health and safety of any person working on an assignment under the supervision of the project coordinator
Responsible for providing training and technical guidance to junior and intermediate Cambium personnel
Travel may be required
Shiftwork, field work and overtime may be required in all seasons

Job Requirements:

Bachelor of Applied Science or Engineering, or College Diploma specializing in a related technical environmental discipline
35 years of relevant experience in the environmental field
Experience working with Phase One and Two Environmental Site Assessments, Record of Site Conditions, and excess soils
Experience interpreting legislation and regulations, drilling, and soil and groundwater sampling
Outstanding organisational and communications abilities, and attention to detail
Familiarity with federal and provincial environmental legislation and regulations
High level of proficiency with MS Word and Excel
Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
Desire to succeed in a dynamic, progressive organization
