Are you a Department, Operations or Administrative Coordinator interested in joining our global Production Technology team, based at our Vancouver studio? Don't let the team's name put you off The department you'll be in is indeed technical, but you'll be part of a collaborative, fun and very supportive administrative team with focus on operations, processes, and people


Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role provides utmost support to the department in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.


What you'll get to do:


  • Be an advocate for the Production Technology department and interact with different departments, including local and global teams of management, technical staff, coordinators.
  • Support the Sydney and Vancouver teams by managing timesheets, calendars, meeting agendas and notes and overall department operations.
  • Organise (and enjoy) social events and fun internal and external activities. Help with social budget management.
  • Develop, maintain, and audit department documentation on Confluence, including process and procedures
  • Create and maintaining department management tools, such as spreadsheets, presentations, memos, templates, and automation.
  • Collect, analyse, and report department data to management
  • Onboarding and offboarding team members
  • Track leave requests and attendance; collate forms and reports and distribute to management and finance
  • Facilitate probation and performance reviews
  • Help us with maintaining an efficient and fabulous environment to work in

What you bring:


  • Previous solid experience coordinating a department or an office in a highpressure environment
  • Ability to multitask, problem solve and work independently in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on repetitive tasks
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer care skills
  • Demonstrated experience working with schedules and deadlines
  • Experience managing departmental workflows
  • Proficiency in Office 36
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence and Power Automate are a major plus
