Description

Do you enjoy being flexible and service-oriented, assisting others in different and unique ways? Are you excited by the possibility of providing strength-based and trauma-informed support to individual tenants and families? Do you excel at administrative tasks as well as developing excellent rapport with others? If so, this might be a great fit In this position you will use your well-developed interpersonal skills to greet and assist program tenants, participants, and community members, handling tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely manner and providing problem-solving as needed.

You will also assist tenants with referrals, childminding, attending appointments, program activities, and assistance with daily routines.

You will also employ your outstanding communication skills to provide emotional and relational support, fostering a climate of grace and forgiveness, and providing administrative support to the other branches.

If you have a vibrant and growing relationship with Jesus, a diploma or certificate in human sciences, 2 years of related experience in abstinence-based housing, and a proven track record of punctuality and reliability, we want to hear from you

You will frequently deal with clients in crisis situations, brought about by diverse problems. There will be other staff nearby to assist as required.

This is a
Casual Position, working varying hours on weekends, weekdays, and overnights.


Due to the 24/7 nature of the facility, shifts schedules are: 8am-4pm, 1-9pm, and 11pm-7am—any day of the week." For a copy of the full job description, clickhere.
