Responsibilities

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets related to the Exceptions department and provide recommendations for reduction of costs
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analysis of exceptions data to identify key opportunities for reducing damages, creating operational efficiencies, identifying cost savings, and decreasing claims
Leads and provide analytical support for the Exceptions based projects
Build and analyze automated dataset dashboards to predict issues before they arise
Provide adhoc data analysis as needed from crossfunctional teams
Collaborates with logistics and finance teams to ensure validity of cost data

Requirements:

Minimum of 4+ years experience as data analyst focused on reporting and continuous improvement
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field such as business, supply chain, logistics, data analytics
Experience with modeling, visual dash boarding, database query design in SQL, Tableau, and/or PowerBi is required
Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data to recommend, test, and implement solutions
Mandatory advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
Must be proactive and results oriented with strong organization, communication and influencing skills, a selfstarter who takes initiative, seeks opportunities for improvement, and creatively and constructively challenges the status quo
Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and accuracy
Ability to present ideas in a clear manner to executive leadership, customers, and associates
