Job Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records with utmost accuracy using Excel.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) to create detailed HR reports and presentations.
  • Handle sensitive HR information with a high degree of confidentiality and precision.
  • Provide administrative support including precise filing, scanning, and photocopying of HR documents.
  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, ensuring detailed scheduling and communication.
  • Respond to HR inquiries with careful attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Support HR projects or events with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Execute additional administrative duties as required, ensuring highquality standards.

Pay:
Up to $23.00 per hour
