Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or leadership role
• Proficiency in POS systems and Micros POS
• Strong supervisory skills with a proven track record of team management
• Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with customers, staff, and vendors
• Experience in food handling, food service, and kitchen operations
• Ability to conduct interviews and hire qualified staff
• Prior experience in food preparation and cooking is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the General Manager with day to day operations.
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
• Supervise and train team members in food service, kitchen operations, and customer interactions.
• Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions to build a strong and efficient team.
• Utilize human resources skills to address staff concerns, conflicts, and performance evaluations.
• Utilize bartending skills to oversee bar operations and ensure quality service.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$55,000.00-$57,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
