Position Summary:


Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Analyst works closely with the Production departments and provides data entry for operations tracking.

The incumbent ensures data integrity of the plant's production reporting in accordance with established corporate standards and requirements.

While the key responsibilities consist of data entry, strong excel and analytical skills will enable them to extract and mine data to generate reports for analysis by plant management.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Prepare and distribute daily and weekly production reports for various departments.
  • Responsible to filing paperwork, closing work orders and cycle count verifications
  • Responsible for tracking materials and yields, placing supply orders, logistics of incoming and outbound loads.
  • Completes real time reliability data entry
  • Performs adhoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Experience in data entry and reporting in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in MS office with intermediate to expert knowledge of excel.
  • Experience Enterprise Resourcing Software is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are needed to interface with production associates and management alike.
