What you will be doing:

Handle inbound calls from our existing customers working in our Work from Home operating environment
Build rapport, create great customer experiences by presenting product and service solutions that resolve customer requests
This includes asking probing questions, actively listening, explaining benefits, handling objections
Be sales focused, driving incremental revenue by upselling our products to existing customers
Achieve multiple performance metrics to earn uncapped monthly commissions
Manage call flows and provide first call resolution
Maintain a high level of confidentiality

What you bring:

At least 6 months experience selling a product or service; upselling experience preferred
At least 6 months experience in customer service
Experience in call center environment is a plus
Completed high school diploma or higher
Available to work on a flexible schedule: days, evenings, and weekends to meet customer demand

Important Details:

Permanent full time hours of work: Shift timings are between Monday
Sunday: 10:00 AM10:00 PM, 5 days a week,8 hours shift.

Internet connection MUST be hardwired to router with ethernet cable (No WIFI)
Internet speeds of minimum 15Mbps Download/6Mbps Upload
Headset with microphone (USB)
Builtin or extended Webcam
