PURPOSE OF THE JOB


Under the supervision of the Director, Brand and Operations, International, the incumbent of this position is responsible for ensuring the smooth running and implementation of marketing strategies and activities for La Vie en Rose internationally.

He acts as the main point of contact in the development of the marketing strategy for all areas of communication such as social media, acquisition and public relations for franchisees and in collaboration with the internal team to ensure compliance with the brand identity of la Vie en Rose.


DESCRIPTION OF TASKS

  • Develop the marketing strategy for social media, public relations and other channels for product launches, new collections and promotions in connection with promotional calendars;
  • Collaborate with franchisees to increase brand visibility with influencer initiatives;
  • Communicate to international partners all the marketing material and information necessary for the implementation of the strategies and draft the instruction documents;
  • Develop and communicate brand standards and best practices in order to maximize the different marketing channels for the international market;
  • Collaborate with the corporate social media and public relations teams for content and creation, and adapt according to the country restrictions while respecting the brand image of la Vie en Rose;
  • Perform various reports for performance evaluation;
  • Organize and lead meetings with franchisees for the implementation of strategies and performance monitoring;
  • Develop tools to help implement strategies with franchisees
  • Coordinate requests for new social media pages and other related requests;
  • Ensure uptodate available content documents and make deposits to communicate them to partners;
  • Participate in the development of the promotional calendar;
  • Carry out regular strategic media monitoring to stay up to date on trends;
  • Ensure constant communication within the department;
  • Develop opening strategies to maximize the partner's budget and brand visibility in the market;
  • Collaborate with franchisees for advertising strategies, Ads, Acquisition;
  • Participate in other marketingrelated projects as needed;

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent;
  • 35 years of experience in the field of Marketing;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English;
  • Excellent knowledge of the retail industry and creative processes;
  • Knowledge of online and print media channels;
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Multitasking, ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and constantly changing environment, while maintaining good communication with team members and other departments;
  • Team player and driven by results;
  • Excellent sense of planning and organization;
  • Demonstrate leadership by proposing new ideas and solutions to improve processes;
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to overcome obstacles with agility.
