Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing files
  • Prepare and process documents using DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Maintain and update Outlook Calendar with appointments and meetings
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Proofread documents for errors in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Maintain an organized work environment by filing paperwork and keeping records up to date
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Proficient in using DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Outlook Calendar for scheduling and managing appointments
  • Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to proofread documents for errors
  • Strong organizational skills to manage files and paperwork effectively
  • Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar software is a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Casual


Salary:
$23.00-$24.00 per hour
