Job Description:

Support the sales team in the creation of content for globals submissions (PowerPoint, One pager, leaflets, etc.);
Monitor and verify online bid offers, including the coordination of submissions and their approval process;
Collaborate in the writing of the entire bid offers with the different teams mandated to deliver the submission;
Ensure compliance of the submission as per customer requirements;
Present our teams creatively through various mediums;
Review content to ensure the clarity and the quality in both French and English languages;
Provide administrative and operational support to the Microsoft Sales team.

Qualifications:

University or College diploma in writing, commerce or communication;
Perfectly bilingual (oral, reading and written skills) in English and French;
Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite (advanced level);
Resourcefulness and experience in an evolving technical environment;
Willingness to improve our tools and work methods continuously;
Business acumen and willingness to meet deadlines.
