Position Description:

We are currently looking for a
Program Coordinator to join the ENRICH team. Reporting to the Program Manager, The Program Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and analysis of platform initiatives.

This includes participation in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of ENRICH activities, with a particular focus on the Clinical Trials with the
IMPaCT (Increasing capacity for Maternal and Paediatric Clinical Trials) Training platform.

This role will act as support for the program manager, committees and enrichment group leads, and will be required to coordinate meetings, collect data, and aid in data analysis, report writing, and evaluations.


Here's What You'll Get To Do:

  • Support and actively work to achieve the mandate of ENRICH and IMPaCT
  • Work closely with the ENRICH & IMPaCT Executive Team to implement strategic priorities
  • Coordinate learning activities (seminars, webinars, inperson meetings, retreats, and more)
  • Coordinate and attend all committee meetings, distributing the agenda and keeping detailed minutes
  • Collaborating and liaising with staff, partners and learners for all platform activities
  • Collecting data for platform reports to CIHR, partners, and the Evaluation Committee
  • Aid in creating and maintaining surveys and databases
  • Assist in the analysis of data and execution of platform deliverables (project plans, final reports, presentations, briefing notes, etc.).
  • Assist in planning of the Annual Symposium
  • Attending inperson retreats and symposia which may require travel (13 times per year)
  • Act as the initial point of contact for all platform inquiries
  • Act as the bookkeeper for the platform, processing and tracking reimbursements and invoices
  • Maintain a shared drive with documents and deliverables, keeping files organized in a systematic way
  • Assist with updated personnel lists
  • Promote a collaborative approach to problem solving by fostering a trusting and respectful environment open to continuous improvement

Here's What You'll Need:


  • Degree in health care administration, health planning, event planning, business planning or equivalent experience in a nonprofit health care environment
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in health care administration, event planning, and project coordination and analysis, or related functions
  • Proficient in Office 365 and Redcap
  • Familiar with Filemaker Pro, cVent, WordPress, and Elementor
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to manage relationships well
  • Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while remaining organized and prioritizing workflow
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Works well independently and as a team member
  • Able to cope with pressure and multiple competing deadlines
  • Interacts with colleagues in a consistently professional manner

Employment Type:3-year contract with benefits. Full-time (35 hours per week). Hybrid work from home and in-office model.**:
