The Recruitment Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Recruitment Office at the Schulich School of Music.
Under the direction of the Student Recruitment Supervisor, the incumbent may perform some or all of the listed general administration functions.
These functions are of high complexity and the incumbent performs them using general instructions.Typical Functions:
- Coordinating and scheduling tours for prospective students and ambassadors.
- Managing communication for events and preparing materials.
- Handling information requests.
- Assisting in organizing recruitment events
- Maintaining databases
- Sending marketing materials
- Creating simple graphics for social media, events, etc.
The list of functions outlined above is representative and not a complete and detailed list of tasks which may be performed by an incumbent.
For example, incumbents may be asked to perform some elements of Communications Assistant level "A" tasks in addition to the above listed functions.
