Facility Cleaner for Day Shift (7:00am - 3:30pm)
  • Monday to Friday

Must be comfortable_
- _Working in a manufacturing warehouse environment_
- _Standing for longer periods of time_
- _Lifting up to 50 lbs_

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Provide daily cleaning of warehouse facility, inside and outside; sweeping, dusting, shoveling, removal of trash, vacuuming
  • Clean up of conveyor, surrounding sorting line, yard area, and lot area; use air compressor and power sweeper
  • Assist production line as needed; stock PPE
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required

Skills and Behaviour:


  • Excellent communication skills (fluent in English); ability to receive and follow instructions
  • Ability to read, interpret and understand labels, safety warnings and guidelines
  • Attention to detail; manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work both individually and in a crossfunctional team environment
  • Positive attitude; strong work ethic; desire to achieve goals; selfmotivated

Education and Experience:


  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year warehouse experience
  • Cleaning experience in a warehouse environment preferred

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$19.00 per hour
