Finance Assistant 2023

Based out of our Mississauga office,

The Finance Assistant will work in a collaborative team-based environment and support GTA Finance initiatives for Summer 2023.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist Real Estate Accountants with entering data for Forecasts and Budgets in Yardi
Assist Revenue Accountants in entering chargebacks and work order invoices in Yardi
Provide team coverage and additional resource support for Finance team during budget season
Other ad hoc duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Currently enrolled as an accounting/finance student
Proficient with MS Excel
Ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment
Excellent communication skills and initiative that lead to effective solutions
Detail oriented and able to effectively manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines
Eager for exposure to real estate accounting processes and procedures
