Job Summary
This position enters billing and address information into the UPS system and complete various administrative tasks within the data entry department.
Job Type:
Part-Time - Permanent
Work Location:540 Hanlon Creek Blvd, Guelph ON N1C 0A1
Workdays:
Monday through Friday (5 days a week)
Shift Duration: 3-5 hours per day
(Flexibility is required with both the start and finish times)
Shift Schedule: 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM
Applicants must be able to work 25 hours per week
Wages:
$17.30
Responsibilities:
- Enters data into UPS systems within time specific guidelines.
- Checks and forwards legal/customs documentation.
- Provides administrative support to Management team.
- Assist with daily dispatch support customer and driver concerns, on calls
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Accurate typing speed of 40+ words per minute
- Availability to work flexible shift hours and work 5 days a week
Compensation:
- $17.30 / per hour to start
