The Boisé Vanier residence, located in the heart of Vanier, is a residence for seniors welcoming a golden clientele. Come be part of a team that cares about the well-being of its residents. We are currently looking for a person to fill a part-time evening beneficiary attendant position, every other weekend. This residence offers a calm environment where collaboration and kindness reign. Stable schedules, advancement opportunities and human managers.

**: The person must have their complete PAB certification recognized by a school board, PDSB, RCR (4 p.m.) and Law 90 done in Fierbourg.


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies
  • Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
  • Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
  • In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity.
  • Promote and advocate for proactive care among residents
  • Respond to all emergency situations
  • While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the oncall nurse.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Uptodate CPR/AED general first aid training
  • Formation of PDSB
  • Law 90 training
