What can you expect in this role?

You'll identify design solutions and opportunities for enhancements and A/B testing, bringing them to your agile team and Product Owner
You'll write development stories in Jira, articulating design and accessibility requirements, and will work closely with developers as your enhancements are being developed, understanding technical requirements and limitations
You'll work in Sonnet's CMS, building landing pages in partnership with your content counterparts
You'll also support our Manager, Design on both design requests, and internal requests, as required

What do you bring to the role?

A minimum of 23 years of relevant working experience in UI/UX Design
Exceptional ability to communicate design decisions to internal stakeholders and executives
Experience working in a CMS to build pages
You're flexible and thrive in an agile, startup, team environment
You're exceptionally organized (Jira experience is an asset), resourceful, fast, and have impeccable attention to detail
You're effective and calm when working under pressure
You're always open to learning and expanding

$55,800 - $102,800
