We are currently recruiting for a Ferrous Receiver with experience for our St. Catherine's location. Under the supervision of the Site Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the general maintenance of the premises.

Receive, sort and organize different types of ferrous metals
Properly weigh and track the material
Do general maintenance of the premises
Ensure the equipment in good condition
Data entry into the RECY system
Provide excellent customer service to clients on site
Help with torch cutting if necessary
Operate the crane as required
Work with a safety oriented mindset

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Experience using a crane will be considered as an asset
Experience in metal recycling will be an asset
Ability to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions
Good physical fitness
Ability to work as a team
Excellent attendance and safety record.

Hours

Scheduled 4 days a week/ 10 hour days
Day shifts
Availability on alternating Saturdays 8:00am4pm
Able to work extended hours/weekends when deemed necessary
