Description

Duties:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces of the hotel
Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries when necessary
Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors
Dust furniture and fixtures
Empty trash and replace garbage bags
Clean and sanitize bathrooms
Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor

Skills:

Previous experience in custodial or houseperson role preferred
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Strong time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks
Excellent customer service skills to interact with hotel guests in a friendly and professional manner
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
