Are you a highly skilled Quality Assurance Administrator looking to join an innovative business transformation team? We're seeking a passionate and driven individual who is committed to ensuring the highest quality standards for our products and services.

As our Quality Assurance Administrator, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining our effective Quality Management System (QMS), as well as managing internal and external audits to ensure compliance.


As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet and exceed our customers' expectations.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop performance standards and change management plans that align with our company's mission and values.

Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will be key in driving continuous improvement and maintaining our high standards.


POSITION LEVEL:

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Develop and maintain process maps for quality processes, including production or service delivery processes, sales and marketing processes, customer service processes, quality control processes, procurement processes, and inventory management processes.
  • Write and review quality manuals to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Develop templates for internal audits and perform regular internal audits to ensure compliance with the organization's quality management system.
  • Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors.
  • Support the development of performance standards to ensure that the organization meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Support the development of change management plans to ensure that changes are effectively implemented and do not adversely affect quality.
  • Support the development of dashboards to provide visibility into key quality metrics.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role.
  • Experience with process mapping, quality manuals, internal audits, and external audits.
  • Experience with performance standards and change management.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with QMS software and dashboards is an asset.
