About The Position:


Responsibilities:


Logistics:


  • Intake service requests and calls and coordinate efficient follow up and service for clients.
  • Administer and report on logistics requests and program service levels
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies, equipment, and materials required for operations.
  • Coordinate and manage daily operational activities, including scheduling and task assignment.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes and procedures to enhance productivity and quality of service to clients.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and improve interdepartmental communication and coordination.

CRM Data Maintenance and Claims:


  • Ensure the accuracy of all service provider information in CRM.
  • Meticulously review invoices and supporting documentation submitted from Ontario service partners to ensure accuracy of data entered and support claims approvals.
  • Watch for irregularities in claims/invoices and address irregularities with service partners and/or team members as appropriate.
  • Administer claims approvals, rejections, and adjustments.
  • Proactively communicate and coordinate with service partners, accounting and other team members to address or resolve claims matters.
  • Administer reports for claims monitoring and payments.

General:


  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and service partners.
  • Create weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for program reporting.
  • Other tasks or duties as required.

What You Bring:


  • Postsecondary education in environmental studies, engineering, business, operations or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in operations, logistics, material management, program administration or customer relations.
  • Clear and concise English language abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Must work well in a team environment.
  • Understanding of waste management supply chain best practices, logistics or program administration is an added asset.
  • Effective communications skills.
  • Analytical thinking with very good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Wellcoordinated project management skills.
  • Takes initiative, strong work ethic, can execute, and gets things done.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Power BI, working knowledge of databases.
