Position Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Have a thorough understanding of RFBT's products and processes to confidently answer customer questions.
  • Have a thorough understanding of RFBT's point system to add points onto accounts and answer any questions.
  • Coordinate with RFBT partners and colleagues to solve and respond to customer inquiries and concerns as needed.
  • Provide support in store operations as a Barista by preparing drinks according to customer preference and standard RFBT recipes
  • Order and maintain office supplies to ensure adequate stock
  • Prepare weekly presentations on customer service updates and present to colleagues and management
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
  • Ensure a clean and tidy workspace for the entire office
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
  • Handle and process all customer payments, in the form of cash or credit/debit, accurately on the POS system.
  • Greet customers in a professional manner and record their drink order into the POS system based on their preferences and customization requests.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of RFBT's Headquarters and Warehouse location.
  • Perform ad hoc office administrative tasks as needed.

  • 2+ years of office administrative or customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong written and oral communication, problemsolving, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to manage time well and multitask accordingly
  • Prepare material and present during weekly meeting
