Your Job

  • Participate in highly strategic initiatives for the Bank related to ensuring compliance and preventing money laundering and fraud.
  • Understand business sector strategies, issues, and operational realities so you can support IT teams in developing innovative and efficient solutions
  • Manage the overall calendar of activities to identify potential conflicts and collaborate with the other IT groups and partners involved
  • Participate in the development of processes and support tools
  • Identify and mitigate impacts in transformation projects, ongoing programs and new initiatives
  • Ensure that new solutions (change management, process upgrades, operations transfers) are operational
  • Advise the business sectors and IT executives on guidelines to adopt based on business objectives, standards and regulations in effect and IT goals and trends

Your team

  • The IT team is made up of more than 2,300 proactive, collaborative experts who work with agility to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology, and continuously improve our processes.
  • This position reports to the Manager, Asset Management, IT Delivery, Cybercrimes. You'll actively contribute to projects on an experienced and dedicated team.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience OR master's degree in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of fraud and compliance is an asset
  • Knowledge of collaborative working tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Office 365, an asset
  • Knowledge of initiative and operations management methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Kanban), ITIL, DevOps, etc.
  • Understanding of the delivery cycle/life cycle of incident and problem management, an asset
  • Strong analytical skills, disciplined and detailoriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills and clientfocused.
