    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage the service department, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored service solutions.
    Develop and execute service strategies to elevate customer experience and achieve service objectives.
    Monitor service metrics and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
    Recruit, train, and mentor service staff, fostering a culture of excellence and supporting professional development.
    Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer issues, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills and conflict resolution.
    Foster a customer-centric culture within the service team, emphasizing empathy, professionalism, and effective problem-solving


    Your Tasks:
    Oversee the service department, including staffing, training, and performance management.
    Establish and enforce premium service standards and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
    Evaluate the performance of the service team, offering feedback, coaching, and recognition to drive excellence.
    Ensure timely and accurate completion of service requests, work orders, and documentation


    Skill Requirements:
    5 or more years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
    Excellent people management skills
    Ability to work directly with clients to collaboratively solve complex issues
    Commitment to a strong safety culture, providing high quality services to clients
    Excellent organizational skills
    Ability to effectively communicate in in the English Language.
    Knowledge of overhead crane service
    Ability to efficiently use common industry software and Microsoft Suite
