Project Manager for multiple projects across Canada.

The Project Manager is responsible for providing input into the bid stage and then ownership of the project startup phase, execution, close out, handover to client, and capturing lessons learned.

It is imperative that the Project Manager keeps stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. The position is
full-time and, for a highly motivated professional, has tremendous growth opportunities.

As a
Project Manager, you will be responsible to:

Oversee all aspects of projects over the entire project life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close) preparing and maintaining detailed documentation as required
Documenting and reporting project status, progress, and risks (includes schedules and financials)
Review and confirm accuracy of project estimates, contracts, and notes; communicate inconsistences
Understand and manage risks of project
Select technical team members and communicate responsibilities
Identify requirements for onsite and provide guidance and oversight to site supervisor
Set project schedule and identify deliverables and critical dates
Review and manage all estimated costs, project opportunities and profitability targets
Submit all contractual close out documentation as required
Ensure all billings and payments have been received in accordance with contract

Your Experience:

5+ years' experience in a Project Manager role in commercial construction managing $3+ million projects
Project Management Professional (PMP), or other relevant designation/certification considered a strong asset
Experience in executing all stages of the project lifecycle (i.e. initiation, planning and estimating, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, monitoring & controlling, etc.)

Your Skills:

Strong time management and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability for selfmanagement of multiple simultaneous priorities or deadlines;
Ability to lead and inspire project teams to achieve excellence in project execution;
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
Creative problem solver who works in a professional manner;
Exceptional customer service skills;
Comfortable operating in a multiproject environment;
Ability to collaborate with colleagues across our company, maintaining our closeknit, teamorientated culture.
