A career as an executive assistant within the Customer Experience Center (CEC) team is about playing a pivotal role within the team.

You will work closely with the first vice president to ensure smooth and effective management of daily activities.

Your versatility, excellent organizational skills, and passion for teamwork will be invaluable assets in optimizing time and achieving the team's objectives.


Your role:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external executives and partners, working closely with the first vice president to provide necessary information and support.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring rigorous administrative followup and coordinating associated logistics.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to team HR records and IT requests.
  • Track invoices and expense reports.
  • Provide administrative support to CEC teams and work closely with the team of assistants to improve team administrative functioning.
  • Regularly collaborate with different sectors of the bank to ensure effective coordination and consistent implementation of activities.

Prerequisite:


  • Hold a completed threeyear college diploma related to the field and have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience as an assistant to senior executives is an asset.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools.
  • Strong adaptability and proactivity.
  • Professionalism, rigor, autonomy, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work in a team.
