As our innovative business continues to rapidly grow, we are seeking a full time Fish Processor at our Richmond location.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Fish Processor is responsible for processing fish. If you can work in a cool, wet, fast-paced environment and under pressure with mínimal supervision, we would love to hear from you

$600 retention bonus after four months and another $600 retention bonus after 8 months

Duties & Responsibilities:

Cut and trim fish, also involve pin boning
Responsible for processing of orders in the processing department
Cleaning and sanitizing
Some other tasks required by the processing supervisor
Could involve working night shifts as well as weekends.

Requirements:

Flexible in terms of availability
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
Basic knife skills an asset
Comfortable working in a cooler/freezer environment
Reliable, hardworking, punctual, team player and committed to deliver the job.
Knowledge in seafood processing and experience is an advantage but not required.
