Reporting to the Sales Managers, the Automotive Sales Consultant will be responsible for building professional relationships with customers through vehicle sales.
General Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with information regarding vehicles for sale
- Conduct test drive of vehicles for sale
- Build and foster customer relationships maintain customer base
- Generate and develop customer accounts and new opportunities for revenue growth
- Understanding and working with Automotive computer systems and processes
- Keeping informed and compliant with federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations that affect vehicle sales
- Handling finances and working with the finance manager to ensure the customer understands and is comfortable with the process
- Understanding and communicating how to service and maintain vehicles
- Taking customers on test drives, ensuring all proper paperwork and documentation is complete and accurate
- Keep informed and compliant with OMVIC regulations
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Proficient at operating a personal computer including
Microsoft Office:
E-mail, Excel and Word
- Dealer Socket or another CRM Application an asset
- Ability to work independently and be selfmotivated
- A desire to work in a commission, performancebased environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Great attitude with highenergy personality
- Be able to be licensed with the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (AMVIC)
- Availability Monday-Saturday

$60,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
