The Product Sales & Order Representative shall be responsible for to support development of quotations, order entry, order management, invoicing and collections for the product business within the Automation & Communication operating unit.
Responsibilities:
- Quotation Management
- Develop quotations in support of the Automation & Communication product business, including product verification, costing, pricing and proposal preparation.
- Achieve target performance in process KPIs including quote lead time, quote on time delivery and margin.
- Product Order Entry & Management
- Process orders in support of the Automation & Communication product business, including order entry, requisitioning, invoicing & collections
- Interface with the procurement/supply chain organization to ensure supplier deliveries meet customer requirements
- Achieve target performance in process KPIs including order cycle time, OTD and COPQ.
- Customer Service
- Strong customer focus and ability to build trust and longterm relationships
- Act as advocate for customer to internal partners
- Work as partner to BU and Front-End sales organizations to deliver best possible customer experience.
- 5+ years experienced professional including 3 years in product sales/customer service roles.
- BS or BA in engineering, order management, logistics, supply chain or equivalent industry experience.
- Great customer focus
- Experienced in high volume transactional business processes including quotation and order management.
- Prior experience in trade/resell businesses a plus.
- Sufficient experience/confidence to effectively communicate across all levels of the local business.
- Business mindset, responsiveness, strong sense of ownership, selfdriven, willingness to explore.
- Fluent French & English a must. Spanish a plus.
