Job Details


Are you a self-starter who excels at customer service, organization and administration? If so, then get onboard for the position of
Wealth Advisory Services (WAS) Associate.

In this role, you will provide dedicated administrative and technical support to the wealth advisory services field planning team to facilitate, track and follow up on high-net-worth client engagement.


In addition, you will:

  • Liaise with Private Wealth Management Advisors to assist with client engagement preparation including premeeting protocol, meeting agenda, data gathering and more
  • Coordinate team meetings, presentations and events
  • Assist the dynamic WAS field team with the initiation of the plan and inputting salient data received from the Advisor
  • Maintain an accurate and current database of relevant client information and opportunities for WAS and Wealth leadership to engage in community promotion
  • Exercise discernment, integrity and confidentiality in all work such as assisting the field team in the preparation of proposals, client correspondence, presentations and other material for clients, prospective clients and partner meetings
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and properly reflects the client and business intentions while being consistent and aligned with relevant rules and regulations
  • Ensure necessary due diligence and assume responsibility to minimize risk by following with Bank and industry codes of conduct
  • Build a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes
  • Stay ahead of emerging issues, trends and evolving regulatory requirements and their affects
  • Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to clients, colleagues, partners, the business and Bank, quality, innovation and collaboration

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree with demonstrated experience in professional services
  • Professional Financial Planner (PFP) or related designation is an asset
  • Specialized skills and expertise in a range of products, services, concepts and processes
  • Diplomacy to exchange ideas and client information in a concise and logical way
