The Corporate Security & Resiliency team is mandated with establishing, implementing, administering and enforcing Bell Canada's security policies.***
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the single point of contact for company
- related incidents and emergencies
- Act as a link and work closely with emergency coordinators, investigators, Physical Security specialists, Health & Safety specialists, etc.
- Manage and monitor the organization's physical security systems (cameras, access control systems)
- Provide after hours services and support to other Security teams
Critical Qualifications:
- The ability to serve our clients in a bilingual environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills English and French
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts to meet customer and business needs, either alone or as part of a team (3 X 12.5 hours)
- Highly motivated and team player
- The ability to deal with stressful, ambiguous or unforeseen situations and be able to identify and prioritize emergencies
- Strong interpersonal skills to cooperate with a diverse customer base
- Strong moral responsibility in terms of professionalism and integrity towards the company
- Excellent general knowledge of computer systems and an ability to work in a highly technological environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Past Experience in an emergency operations, physical security, telecommunications or access control environment
- An understanding of the telecommunications network and general business functions
- Postsecondary education in Emergency Management, Telecommunication or Security
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
