The Corporate Security & Resiliency team is mandated with establishing, implementing, administering and enforcing Bell Canada's security policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the single point of contact for company
  • related incidents and emergencies
  • Act as a link and work closely with emergency coordinators, investigators, Physical Security specialists, Health & Safety specialists, etc.
  • Manage and monitor the organization's physical security systems (cameras, access control systems)
  • Provide after hours services and support to other Security teams

Critical Qualifications:


  • The ability to serve our clients in a bilingual environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills English and French
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts to meet customer and business needs, either alone or as part of a team (3 X 12.5 hours)
  • Highly motivated and team player
  • The ability to deal with stressful, ambiguous or unforeseen situations and be able to identify and prioritize emergencies
  • Strong interpersonal skills to cooperate with a diverse customer base
  • Strong moral responsibility in terms of professionalism and integrity towards the company
  • Excellent general knowledge of computer systems and an ability to work in a highly technological environment

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Past Experience in an emergency operations, physical security, telecommunications or access control environment
  • An understanding of the telecommunications network and general business functions
  • Postsecondary education in Emergency Management, Telecommunication or Security
