We are seeking a motivated and competitive individual to join our growing Entry Level Account Managerteam. The greater part of the last few years has been filled with exceeding goals, sales quotas, and
expectations for our client programs, and with that success comes more opportunity.
Due to our success, we're in the process of expanding and executing a sales and marketing campaign
throughout the North York area which is why we need a dynamic, forward-thinking Entry Level Account
Manager. Our ideal goal is to invest in our next employees, while they immerse themselves into our
positive and supportive culture that we have worked so hard to establish here. As the Entry Level
Account Manager, you will initially work with a successful, experienced Senior Account Manager to
master the product knowledge, compliance policies, and sales procedures that will set you up to
become a thriving team member
The responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager revolve around the direct management of new
and existing customer accounts. As the Entry Level Account Manager, you will
- Have direct client interaction regarding sales, upgrades or issues they may have
- Maintain a good attitude to create a positive environment for our team and customers
- Learn uptodate product knowledge and campaigns to help further promote services
- Complete and exceed sales goals to meet company standards and help growth rates
- Cover different territories to understand multiple customer bases and maximize contact
- Initiate, maintain, and finalize client relationships appropriately to complete the sales
- Assess the current needs of clients to properly adjust them with the most accurate and
- Maintain an extremely high level of customer service to the utmost satisfaction of our
Requirements of our Entry Level Account Manager:
- A bachelor's degree in a Business, Management or related Account Management role
- 12 years of previous experience in a sales, hospitality, and/or clientfacing environment
- Must be punctual and prepared for all client meetings, interactions, and presentations
- Possess a relentless work ethic
- The ability to work in a teamoriented environment
- A student mentality to learn new skills and the willingness to network

Salary:
$47,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
