Casual Early Childhood Educator

Position Summary

Working as part of a collaborative team, the incumbent looks after all aspects of the care and safety of young children in a developmentally appropriate environment and supports families to ensure a positive experience within the YWCA Child Development Centre.

Position Reporting
Reports to the Manager, Child Development Centre

Major Responsibilities:

With a room partner, supervise all aspects of daily activities for an assigned group of children;
Support and work collaboratively with Staff
Fulfill other responsibilities to contribute to the YWCA team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Early Childhood Education Level l, ll, lll or Related Training
Current First-Aid and CPR Certificate;
Current Criminal Record Check.

Wage
As per CBA

This is a
CASUAL POSITION, working various shifts between the hours of 7:30 am to 5:50 pm Monday to Friday.
