We are currently seeking a professional and highly motivated individual for the position of
Receptionist at our
Corporate Office located in
Mississauga, ON.

This is a full-time, 100% in-office position starting December 11, 2023. Regular work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with an hour unpaid lunch break.


Job Summary:

The Receptionist will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting visitors, handling correspondence, and scheduling/canceling appointments. The Receptionist will also perform general clerical duties such as filing, mail duties, and data entry.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide pleasant, effective and reliable direction of incoming calls to all departments
  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival
  • Maintain Visitor and Equipment log books
  • Answer general inquires on a daily basis
  • Maintain all reception logs, procedures and directory reference guide
  • Order and distribute office supplies
  • Provide services and be a center point of contact to internal clients
  • Update and distribute weekly catering menu
  • Receive and forward cheques
  • Provide backup support to the mailroom
  • Assist with other general office duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Self motivated, professional and courteous
  • Pleasant telephone manner for reception duties
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle numerous tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attendance record

Preferable

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 12 years previous experience in a similar role is an asset
