Description

The porter is responsible for the receiving and delivering of courier packages,

internal box moves, confidential bins etc. In addition, the individual may perform other serviceable duties as assigned.

Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark's locations, based on the client requirements and business needs.

Responsibilities:

This position would require a scheduling commitment of 5 days a week Monday to Friday

08:30AM - 5:00PM

This mature individual will be responsible to:

Sign for and track incoming courier packages
Deliver courier packages throughout the building using WTS software tracking system
Complete Plot Runs
Deliver copier paper and complete inventory for assigned floors printing and convenience centers
Deliver and retrieve Confidential shredding totes
Complete SLA and STATS
Maintain a safe work environment and comply with safety standards and procedures
Maintain clutterfree safe work area
Assist in other areas as requested
Work independently and within a team environment
Computer literate
Ability to cope under pressure
Maintain excellent customer service
Ability to push carts and flatbeds, lift boxes, stand for long periods, walk distances
Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis

Computer skills

Microsoft Office Outlook, Microsoft Office Excel and WTS software for tracking delivery and receiving of packages.
Ability to prioritize
