THIS IS YOU

  • You are an excellent communicator, in a corporate setting.
  • You are a strong listener and a team player.
  • You work to understand the customer's problem and can provide an appropriate resolution as needed.
  • You are tech savvy and can use the designated software at an advanced level.

THIS IS NICE

  • You have 1+ years' experience in a customer facing role. Great if you come from a call center/customer service background.
  • You have Post-Secondary Education
  • You have participated in an employee group benefits plan as a plan member at a prior employer
  • Bonus if you are bilingual French speaking (written and verbal communication is an asset).

Your work week will be 37.5 hours a week, working weekdays for 7.5 hours daily, with occasional overtime. We ensure salary for all roles will be comfortable and commensurate with experience. We value our people and have comprehensive benefits for our staff.
