Description

Speedside McLean is looking for experienced operators with clean abstracts to operate our tractors and plow parking lots during the Winter Season from November April 2024.

We hold contracts for many commercial properties and require experienced, responsible, reliable employees. We are looking to service both our Guelph and Kitchener clientele. For our Guelph drivers, you will pick up your tractor at our Guelph location. For our Kitchener drivers, the equipment will be stored at a commercial plaza in Kitchener. Please specify which location is closest to you.

Payroll is biweekly by direct deposit on the books.

Mandatory requirements include the following:

Being ON CALL for the winter
Must be available 24/7 and reliable
Clean drivers abstract
Full G License
Have own transportation to the shop
Complete / maintain accurate hours of service records on route sheet

Supplementary bonus paid at the end of the season based on performance and attendance record.
